Its digital channel consists of eight brand online stores, each with its own audience and style:

- **Pollini** (https://www.pollini.cl/): Leather, quality and design
- **Bruno Rossi** (https://www.brunorossi.cl/): Women's footwear
- **Zappa** (https://www.zappa.cl/): Versatile, on-trend fashion
- **Mingo** (https://www.mingo.cl/): Sandals and casual footwear
- **PZ** (https://www.pz.cl/): Footwear, clothing and gear for the whole family
- **Panama Jack** (https://www.panamajackchile.cl/): Rugged leather and outdoor

## The challenge

Eight brands mean eight catalogs, eight tones of voice and the same questions on every site: what size should I get, is it in stock, where is my order, how do I make an exchange.

- **Large, ever-changing catalog:** thousands of products refreshed every season.
- **Heavy after-sales demand:** constant questions about shipping, exchanges and returns.
- **Sales peaks:** events like Cyber Day and Black Friday multiply traffic.
- **Round-the-clock service:** customers shop at any hour and expect an immediate answer.

## The solution

Databot deployed an AI sales and after-sales assistant for each brand, all managed from a single platform.

- **Recommender connected to the online store:** it reads stock, prices and descriptions in real time. It only suggests available products and groups each model's colors and sizes.
- **Order tracking:** the customer asks about their purchase and the assistant instantly replies with the shipping status.
- **One voice per brand:** each assistant has its own tone and style, warm and familiar at PZ, adventurous at Panama Jack.
- **Start menu:** shortcuts to search for products, track an order or find physical stores.
- **Always up-to-date information:** the assistant syncs with the policies published on each site and with current campaigns.
- **Continuous improvement:** the platform detects the questions the assistant can't answer yet so they can be covered.
- **Web and WhatsApp:** the same assistant serves customers on the website and on WhatsApp, without the conversation losing context.

## Implementation

The first seven brands went live in one month, right in the middle of the year-end season. The eighth joined later in less than two weeks.

- **December 2025:** Project kickoff; 16 Hrs live in 5 days
- **January 2026:** Pollini, Bruno Rossi, Zappa, Mingo, PZ and Panama Jack live
- **May 2026:** Doxie joins as the eighth brand
- **July 2026:** Start menu active across all brands
- **October 2026:** The assistant arrives on WhatsApp

## Results

The assistant answers 97% of the inquiries it receives, with a satisfaction score of 4.4 out of 5. Its main use is product search: it works like a salesperson, not just an FAQ.

- **97% of inquiries answered** by the assistant.
- **4.4 / 5 satisfaction** average user rating.
- **Purchase intent first:** almost half of the interactions from the start menu are product searches.
- **24/7 service across eight brands,** managed from a single platform.
